About the Role
We’re seeking a curious and analytical IT Data Analyst Intern to join our team and help transform raw data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze IT-related data from various sources (e.g., system logs, help desk tickets, network metrics)
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and performance indicators
- Assist in identifying patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for system optimization
- Support data-driven decision-making for IT operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure planning
- Document methodologies and contribute to data governance practices
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data needs and deliver insights
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages
Understanding of IT systems and infrastructure is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
